City of Hidden Hills Jim Bridger Road Pipeline Replacement

This project will improve service reliability.  LVMWD will replace a 200-foot section of pipeline on an access road that provides service to 24944, 24948 and 24954 Jim Bridger Road.

See PDF file (below) for project details.

Update - May 7

This project has been completed.

Update- April 3, 2013

The replacement pipeline is undergoing pressure tests, followed by disinfection/chlorination.

It is expected the new line will be in service by Friday, April 12.

Customers should expect a brief interruption of service when their homes are being connected to the new service line.

It will be normal to expect a few brief air pockets to work their through home plumbing after the new line is connected.

These “burps” will be temporary until the air clears the home plumbing system
