The District

Las Virgenes Municipal Water District provides potable water, wastewater treatment, recycled water and biosolids composting to approximately 70,000 residents and visitors in the cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Westlake Village, and unincorporated areas of western Los Angeles County.

LVMWD is organized under the Municipal District Law of 1911 (California Water Code 71000).
