Darrell Johnson is the Director of Water Operations at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District where he serves as the executive responsible for providing water supply services and wastewater services to the residents in Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and unincorporated areas of the western portion of Los Angeles County. In this role he oversees all water and wastewater activities along with the Districts PureWater demonstration facility.

Darrell holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University and he holds multiple State of California Drinking Water certifications along with California Water Environment Association certifications. Darrell has been in the water industry since 1990 and currently has served the residents of Las Virgenes Municipal Water District for over 26 years.
