Randy Levine joined the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD) board in 2024. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he has been a proud resident of Calabasas since 1993.

Mr. Levine holds a degree in Finance and began his career in public accounting, where he earned his CPA designation. He later transitioned to the mortgage finance industry, building a successful career that spanned over 30 years.

 Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Levine is deeply committed to community service. He serves on the boards of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters and Connecting a Caring Community. In addition, he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
